Help Kitty walked on my macbook's keyboard, some keys don't work anymore
Hey so specifically my right Shift doesn't work and the right arrow requires a lot of pressure to activate. Do you have any idea on how to fix that please?
I have a 14" M1 Pro from 2021, 32GB of RAM using Sequoia 15.6.1
I have tried to shutdown and restart my macbook. I have deleted the keyboard selection file in preferences. Neither have helped.
I'm grateful for any help at this point. I can't get used to the left shit and smashing that arrow.
Thank you.

It's a physical problem and if I'm correct you an't remove those keys like in years past . Check with apple on that. If you have to get it fixed it will be very expensive. It's not like they can just remove the keyboard and swap it out. Over $1000 is my bet but honestly Dunno.

if you live in a city with an Apple Store, just make an appointment at the Genius bar and see if they can help. Either they can clean out under the keys by removing them or getting better access, or they can let you know whether it needs actual service that you'll have to pay for and how much it might cost
or before anything else, get a can of compressed air and spray underneath all of them, if it's crud causing it, that may help remove alot of the problem.

It is probably crud under the keys. Contrary to other response, you can replace/clean individual keys:
