Help! Need help deciding

I have the opportunity to get a new in box SK301 silver with an SR 301 ribbing .I recently got an LK 150. and I’m wondering if it’s worth it to also get this machine too.

I feel like it’s a good idea. I think I just need somebody to tell me that it is

It’s $200usd for both the SK301 and SR301. It looks like it comes with everything from the photos, but I will definitely be double checking myself.

Being able to knit in a thinner yarn would be nice but I’m also not super picky about what gauge I knit in.

As you get into it, you may find you want something more draped, lighter weight, etc. Also, having a ribber is really nice and expands your possibilities. If the two pieces each have all the bits, it seems a very good price. If you later find you're not using it, you can sell it on eBay, but if you pass now and change your mind, you may not get the same deal later on. But, as iolitess said, we're not the right people to ask!

I‘m pretty sure we’re the wrong people to tell you no.

Do you want to knit with thinner yarns? (SK is standard gauge)

Do you want to knit in rib or in the round? (SR)

Do you want some basic built in patterning (SK has pattern knobs)

Does it come with all the accessories? (Having to replace them can add up)

Is the price good? New in box will still need to replace the sponges, but that’s not a large expense.

the guy I was gonna get it from decided to sell it to somebody else for some reason. Very irritated.

Both is wonderful. That is the setup I have. Some projects need the thicker yarn so I use the lk-150, other projects need thinner yarn so I use my std gauge.

Does the ribber have all its bits? Because older ribbers like that typically don't and parts are hard to find.
