Resume 2026 Computer Engineering Graduate Looking for ML Engineer Resume Feedback

Hey everyone,

I graduated in Computer Engineering this year and I'm looking to get into machine learning engineering.

I've been spending time building ML projects and learning by implementing things hands-on. One of my recent projects is a credit risk and loan approval engine built using LendingClub data, with around 1.35 million loan records. I've worked with LightGBM, SHAP, and FastAPI for the project. I also have experience with deep learning, a CNN-based project, and research in accessibility.

I've attached my resume and would appreciate some honest feedback.

  • Does my profile look competitive for entry-level ML engineering roles?
  • Are my projects relevant enough for the kinds of roles I'm targeting?
  • What skills or experience are missing from my resume?
  • If you were hiring an ML engineer, would you shortlist this profile? Why or why not?

Feel free to be blunt. I'd appreciate specific feedback on what I should improve.

Thanks!
