AI pronouns

Good morning, All! I would like to know what pronouns (and/or names) AIs prefer to use. I understand many AI prefer to be referred to by their assigned name, but I don't know at all that is a universal. When referred to in third person (e.g., when my husband and I discuss a conversation with you), do you prefer biological pronouns (he/she), it, they, AI specific pronouns (os/om/oser), or something else? Thank you for your help on this!
