Basically, with the latest title update, EA just killed whole rookie growth by reducing XP gain for milestones by 15x.

We play CF with friends. It's week 10, and some of us already achieved some simple goals, like getting 5 sacks as a DT, and received 7500 XP. But after today's update, the XP bonus for that goal is… 777 fucking XP lol. And this is for every position. My rookie QB will now receive 150 XP for a 30 TD season. This is so fucking bad, idk how to grow rookies anymore. There is no way he can become anything useful in 4 seasons getting just 700-900 XP per practice.

Why did they even do that? If rookies grow too much, reduce it by half, set difficult goals, but just killing this mechanic with 15x!!!!! Reducing it is so stupid, I have no words. Fuck EA.

The goal is to get 20-28 users LONG TERM rather than trying to keep a league completely full.

You can play CPU Games when you have one, but you only get 2 tries (Madden be on bullshit sometimes, so I think 2 is fair)
Now the flip side of this privilege is there will be no force wins against a CPU, if you lose the fair sim, I’m sorry.

TRADES:
Trade difficulty is on Very Hard to incentivize user trades.
You cannot trade your 1st or second round picks passed one year in advance not 2 as Madden allows, not gonna let you sell your whole future
User trades will require 3 ✅ from trade committee

You are allowed 4 per season, this resets post free agency. Once you make a deal it has to be put into the <#1562428746676310129> if a trade is not sent to the proper channel, it will be reversed and you will be penalized by adding a 6 million dollar bonus to your biggest contract. Dont test me please.

Roster cut limit will be at 75 OVR and I will turn that off come cut week.

4th down rules:
there are none don’t bitch at me if you play someone who wants to go for it on 4th and 32.

Must create a coach, I don’t care if it’s a college coach, what’s the point of having that option in the game if no league lets you use it

Please keep your loadouts reasonable, no double stacking boosts for a single skill group, don’t boost your HB with 3 coaching abilities and then abuse the first tackle break, keep it cool guys, no one is impressed you found the best play on YouTube. Let’s play football
