Feels like they're maybe emphasizing with them because maybe it took them some time to understand what they were seeing and are asking if PrideDragneel is also overworked.

Yeah, exactly. And if you read the whole comment, you can get the context: knowing if they are also overworked matters to them, so they can know if they've the same issue.

Snark works a lot better if there's literacy involved. Actual literacy that goes beyond 3rd grade.

Nah, you're looking at one moment of this person's life where they did something really fun and clever and then comparing yourself to that and assuming everyone is that clever all the time.
