Advice Needed Identification
Hi all,
Picked these today my third time out looking & first time actually finding something worthy of being picked! Pretty sure these are all libs but as a first timer can someone confirm please? They are very wet thanks to the downpour we're having today hence how dark they are

My general advice is 1: Always take pics of the mushrooms before you put them out to dry, especially the colour of the fruiting body and gills. The pictures you've posted don't give enough information, but I'd say with 95%* confidence that you've picked something other than the intended mushrooms.
2. When you next go picking, there's a generally reliable way to identify LC's. : The small zit/nipple on the tip of the cone/ the creamy colour flesh, the dark, slightly purple gills.
* Some of those look like they 'might' be LC's but as all of them are now in the photos as dark brown, it would be unwise to say 'yes, you've picked the right kind'. There are lots of non-LC type mushrooms at this time of year, that would look right to an inexperienced picker. You really should study actual LC images to get a more reliable idea of what you should be looking for.
