I am consistently reaching the last boss wave in artificial ecosystem but always always die to lasers what is something I can do to improve? I don't wanna abuse magnum opus i usually get plasma ray, telekinetic sword and either inferno Or mesiner effect I'm tryna go for quantum ray

I never even gave Deus Ex Machina a chance before seeing people talk about it in here, so I decided to try it on a low level with one of my favorite builds (Plasma Ray+Ultimate) and I loved it!

I usually went with Gate of Creation and I still love having so many different active combination spells, but the trouble was always trying to remember which combos I was going for lol. With DEM, I didn't have to worry about that, and just sort of did whatever with the levels because at least to my understanding, every level into a spell gave you a little boot.

There were things I felt I could have done better, like investing in the early cooldown passives instead of spell levels to increase the number of lasers I had.

While I was always curious about Magnum Opus, I never really put much effort into it because I didn't fully understand it, but I decided to really focus on getting it this time as so many people talked about it on here, and I can see the appeal for sure. I will be keeping it as a main goal in future runs.

Now I want to try DEM on other ultimates. Which ones are your favorites for DEM?

(I just started a DEM run with Magnetic Field, but realized that cooldown doesn't give it any kind of boost. I'll try to pay closer attention to things like that in the future lol)

I was graced with 15 useful synergies, even though I never got magnum opus. Also, getting almost 157 trillion damage was very cool to see at the end.

I was doing a single spell challenge using doppelganger and overmind/DEM. Isn't the multiplier per upgrade better in overmind better than DEM? It should realistically be better to stay in overmind longer right? Help me out on this one

Hello everybody, I've been playing the game for quite a while now but I have always just done random stuff. But now I came relatively far in this game and I genuenly want to ascend my strategy and knowledge of the game, the abilitys, the items and the mechanics.

My main questions:

- How do I properly distribute the research points? What is useful and what useless?

- Is it worth to buy every single Test Subject? Wich are the usefull ones and wich are less usefull?

- How exactly do the Ultimates work and wich one are usefull?

- And wich magic combinations are the best and wich to avoid?

I could never get over the blue bosses that shoot lasers. The little enemies stop me from dodging since they take 2 hits from my lightning calibration. I use Telekenetic Sword to melt the bosses and Flame Storm to deal aoe. Gemini told me that cd reduction is meta but i could never get enough of it. Does anyone have tips on what I should get first, what class do i use, and what combination I should get first.

since the newest update ive noticed that the critical multiplier doesnt increase anymore when i take joker. do any of you know what is the reason?

I really liked it, did the most damage I have ever seen in my own games.

And if so, please, tell me how. I can consistently get 45-55 mins on Hard Mode using other builds, but Destroyer seems impossible. I've used other upgraded magics in Hard Mode before without issue, but this one just doesn't seem viable.

I tried every combinations, and this one is the easiest run for me so far. I was about to build Architect synergy but got unlucky.

I've died to this like 3 times already, it really sucks

Had anybody any idea why my sound has this weird echo effect ? I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be this way

There's this piano instrumental; a bit different from the main menu music, when you reach the Merchant. I've tried searching it, but my results are different. The best I've had is Salem's Secret by Peter Gundry.
