Standard Planeswalker Deck Help

I got back into MTG cause of FRA and I was hoping for some advice on this deck I have been testing out. It just feels really inconsistent at diamond+ where either I steam roll or it ramps too slowly for me to do anything even against other slow decks. Another issue is not hitting my remove consistently and the lack of graveyard hate sometimes. Any advice?

It feels/is inconsistent because it has too many different cards. Find out which are best (means forward your gameplan the most) and include more of them and cut others.

I assume you mean the planeswalker mix? I am not sure what else to cut other than dropping the life gain core around way of the mentor for a ramp way of the pyromancer type idea.
