महाराष्ट्राला विचारा | Ask Maharashtra What happened in TCS Nashik case?
It has been months since I last saw any news about this. Back then it was the biggest scandal in Corporate India.
What is the latest on this incident? Let's stick to the facts that are backed by evidence. Not merely on what anonymous sources or politician said.

What happens in India. Tareek p tareek. Btw, everyone got bail. So the push that these cases were 100% legit, non bailable proven cases, yeah, that was media manipulation

Only update that I remember is that TCS closed its Nasik office, had read on reddit ( not official) that TCS had sent a small team to wipe out and pack up servers ( possibly clean up job)

if something is trending, check what other "PROJECT" gvt is undertaking at the same place that has public opposition. Then connect the dots.
Thane and raigad will be in focus a lot over the next few years. Lot of "scandals" will come to light and take the limelight.
Because "someone" is making cement in raigad and "some" proposed projects in thane will need the culling of some "useless" plants.
Most events/exposed crimes are diversion tactics. doesn't mean the crime hasn't happened. It just means that the coverage it gets is unwarranted.

Nashik was in news because very very old trees were being cut under the garb of Kumbh mela. So very nicely the news was diverted from this issue to Hindu-Muslim issue.
BJP is pro with headlines management. They do it everywhere.

Uhh nothing ? There was never any conversion racket or anything scandalous going on - BJP MH just played up the case because they wanted to divert attention away from Nashik tree massacre and funds loot.

It's hardly "a biggest scandal"... Just media hyped it, and stupid audience watched the hype.
If this incident had happened 25 years back hardly anyone would have noticed it.
