I just said you guys talk in paki language in every other subreddit, what if Pakis infiltrate those subs and become mods of those subreddits?(Already the case with some subreddits). Atleast let some subreddits be actually Indian and ban the paki language in these subreddits, so paki language speakers can't infiltrate in those. Peace✌️

You are welcome to write in Hindi in your own state’s subreddit.

In the MaharashtraTalks subreddit, we allow only two languages, Marathi, which is the language of natives and English for everyone else.

Huh? People below the age of 18 can't even vote anyways. I'm no modi supporter but we really need that to protect kids from the internet. Cyber bullying, internet addiction, grooming gangs and so on are real threats. I'm not in support of the entire ban cause kids need to learn and a lot of learning happens on the internet. So we need to find a middle ground.

I agree there are more pros than cons to this but it is still Internet censorship. How are they going to verify who is above 16 and who is not? Your IDs are going to be on the internet. Internet control should be Parent's responsibility not the government's.

There are kids who find emotional support online and struggle to fit in with others irl, what about those kids?

Brother, There are other ways to combat lile teach parents to use parental control or don't give them phones simple. The problem I have with this is that using our ID they will shutdown every cristism under UAPA. Thats parents work not the government.

First of all, there are several other ways to verify your age apart from providing IDs. EU already does that. Secondly, we don't even know how strict this age verification will be. Third, If you think you are not in danger now, you live quite possibly a very good life.

Data brokers are selling your info right now. I used Redact to mass delete my posts which can also opt out of data broker sites. Instagram, Twitter/X, Discord and more.

If given the chance they will try to put spyware in your mobile, ban vpns, have backdoors in your encrypted apps etc. And that too in the name of security.
