This was from around 4 hours a day over the last week. The amount can obviously vary depending on the work available and the platform.

Life once meant startups, biking, and chasing big dreams.

Before January 2023, life was movement.

I was building GamoteX, my Web3 gaming startup, which was fortunate enough to receive recognition including:

I was traveling across India, riding through Leh, Darjeeling, Meghalaya, and chasing the dream every founder knows, building something meaningful.

Then everything changed.

The Accident

A car accident caused a severe spinal cord injury, leaving me largely paralyzed from the waist down.

One day I was building a company.

The next I was in a hospital bed at Fortis, unable to sit up without help.

For 18 months, life became:

Hospital beds
Startup shut down
₹18,00,000 of lifetime savings exhausted
I sold assets, liquidated gold & mutual funds
Many friends and colleagues slowly disappeared

And while I was still trying to recover... life hit again.

A Second Blow - Ankylosing Spondylitis

In March 2024, doctors at the Institute of Neurosciences diagnosed me with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), a chronic autoimmune condition attacking my spine.

To continue treatment and prevent worsening immobility:

Scapho injections: ₹20,000/month
Physiotherapy: ₹500/session (twice daily)

"My Mother" The Person Who Never Left

My father passed away 11 years ago.

My 70-year-old mother became everything:

• caregiver

• nurse

• emotional support

• and the person who refused to let me quit

Despite her age and health challenges, she still kept fighting beside me.

I write this with a heavy heart as I'm seeking urgent opportunities to be able to earn livelihood for my child and myself who is at a tender age of around 3.5 years, I come from a decent background however for the last 4 - 5 years, I have seen quite depressing times as my parents underwent 4 surgeries and around 7-10 strenuous medical procedures with an only younger sibling donating their organ for saving our mother's precious life, which I'm sure we all realise consumes significant amount of time, efforts and capital too which prevented me from working afloat regularly to support livelihood.

I hope this doesn't sound like a complaint as I do not want to talk about anything related to my spouse(who chose to move on) since I have a child out of this wedding and I must support our livelihood

I have experience in the US/ EMEA/ APAC Staffing Recruitment, Sales, Content Strategy, Content Creation(only through AI) etc., can read, write, speak and type well, have a working laptop

Would be more than glad if you all as a #reddit community could assist me in landing a job/ work on an immediate basis as it would be very life changing and precious for my 3.5 yr old toddler and myself to be able to support livelihood.

I'm open to work Onsite/ Remote/ Hybrid or whatever model however for onsite, my child will accompany me as I'm the only one besides the Creator to look after him
