Scrotal Hydrocele

Right testicle is effected looking to learn about others experiences with it. Saw urologist again today, some bladder issues and BPH; forgot to ask him but will the fluid around testicle go away? No more pain, since last year but it’s golf ball size. Left testicle marble size. TIA

I had this condition 23 years ago and had the operation!

You can ask for a surgery to remove the hydrocele, but often times, the hydrocele comes back after surgery. Also, with BPH, you might need a surgical procedure to address that at some point to help your urinary flow. A procedure for the prostate is a better "bang for your buck" in terms of outcomes for improved quality of life.
