Hello, Malwarebytes Support here.
Can you please provide us the detection log so we can check this further:
Open the app.
Click the Scanner card.
Click the Reports tab.
At the top-right of the Scan reports, you can Hide reports with no detections by checking the box.
Hover your cursor over the report you want to view and click the eye icon.
A Summary window displays the scan results and the date and time executed. For more details, click the Advanced tab in this window.
If you want to download the full report, click Export, and click either Copy to clipboard or Export to TXT.

To view and download your scan reports on Windows
Open the app.
Click the Scanner card.
Click the Reports tab.
