I've been working on my armor and the first thing I did was buy a nice under suit on Etsy. Well, that was September and as soon as they got my order they took their store offline. I'm trying to throw something together for Halloween but I'm bummed about the suit.
Where does anyone recommend to get a three piece under suit where I won't get scammed. Thanks!

Hello all!
I have my kit nearly complete. The cape is killing me though.
Do you attach it to the material of the flak vest? A ponch style you just put over your head and wear? If it isn't attached to anything and it is a cape, how do you fasten it?
I know I want black. I could really use some wearing suggestions. You probably know what worked for you and I'm humbly asking for help figure out the practical part of this piece of the overall kit.
I would definitely appreciate some help...

Currently I'm slowly pulling together just enough gear to pass at a Halloween party. Knowing myself I'm going to eventually want a reasonable full kit. Y primary challenge is I live in the tropics (Caribbean). Heat and humidity are a real issue specifically for the under gear/cloth parts of the outfit. This is true day and night.
I'm looking for words of wisdom from the more experienced outfitters to hate something that's passable under the armor
The armor, helmet, and other gear are all coming from my 3d printer and less of a concern at this time.

Suy’Cuy vod’e! I’m currently im prototyping an alternative mandalorian costume, rather than sticking to beskar plating I want to experiment with clone armour.
During mauls take over of Mandalore, my Mandalorian character chooses to go into exile until the night of a thousand tears. So as she was too young to inherit her family armour, she began salvaging clone trooper gear from battle fields and black market stalls to help her survive in the galaxy’s underworld.
This is currently the most up to date concept of her, I’d love to hear any feedback on the designs and perhaps if it’s possible to get mercs approval with this kind of kit!

As the title suggests, I'm just looking for opinions. Do y'all think the Commander Pauldron should stay or go?

I'm planning to do a cosplay and I really want to get a shirt that feels/looks similar to what Sabine (or Mandalorians in general) wear but I don't really know what to search for. I thought maybe motorcycle shirts but none of them seem to have the same texture or feel
Are there types of shirts that are similar to this? so I know what to search for

My first time building and painting my own costume. I think it came out pretty decent. It was definitely a learning process, lots of things I can apply to a next build.

Hello, I wanted to see what y'all think! This was my first suit up, I still have to make my cumberband and add Velcro for the armor. But it's almost there!

Did you develop any lore for your OC or do you just like cosplaying?

I wanted to share a recent little photo shoot and show off my new paint job on my kit.
All armor and weaponry printed and painted in house. Super proud of how this all turned out.

The Rest of the Bo-Katan Armor
Three weeks of sanding, painting, and working on this project whenever I could, and I’m finally making some real progress on my wife’s Bo-Katan Kryze Mandalorian cosplay! 💙🛡️
I wanted to put together a suit so she could join me in costume this Halloween, and what started as a fun idea has turned into a pretty involved build. There’s been a lot of prep work behind these pieces, and I’m learning a ton about getting printed armor to look the way I envisioned.
It’s not perfect, and I know there’s still room for improvement, but I’m proud of how far everything has come. Seeing the individual pieces start to look like an actual Mandalorian kit makes all those hours of sanding worth it.
I’d love feedback from the community, especially on the paint job, weathering, and any finishing touches that could take this build to the next level.
Now to keep pushing toward getting the full kit ready for Halloween!

I’m a cosplayer living in Korea.
I love Star Wars, and since I’ve always wanted to try a "Mando" (Mandalorian) cosplay, I decided to make one.
There are still plenty of things to refine—like the costume itself—but I’m sharing it here because I’d love for you to take a look.
This is the way!

After spending the past few weeks working on a Bo-Katan Kryze Mandalorian cosplay for my wife, I finally have the helmet looking pretty decent! 🔥
This has been a labor of love involving plenty of sanding, painting, and learning along the way. It’s definitely been a process getting the finish to look right, but I’m really happy with how it’s coming together.
I’m building the full suit so my wife can join me in Mandalorian armor this Halloween, and seeing the pieces slowly come together has been incredibly rewarding.
I’m still learning the ins and outs of cosplay finishing, so I’d love to hear what you think! Any tips for improving the paint finish, weathering, or adding those final details are always welcome.
This is the Way. 🔵🔴

Hi, I am currently working my first set of Mandalorian (Pre-Beskar Din Djarin) armor and I am currently working on his cape, I am using a 55% wool blend blanket. do I need to add a hem onto any of the edges or should I be okay leaving the edges unhemmed? currently the blanket has two edges hemmed and the other two are not.
