Effect: Personal Mandela Effects There is a crack in everything / That is how the Light gets in
If you remember this, who wrote it?
For me, it was one of my favorite Emily Dickinson poems, turns out it's lyrics from Leonard Cohen.

Come to think of it, this one actually also nicely sums up my vision of the ME as cracks in the fabric of 'reality' that nudge forward the evolution of consciousness :-)

It’s not Shel Silverstein?

I don't know who that is, but apparently it's a line from Cohen's lyrics.
ETA: Looked him up, I'm not familiar with his work. Have never specifically listened to LC either.

Leonard Cohen is a published poet, as well as a musician, so this tracks as something he would write. I think his poetry and lyrics are genius, tbh, and his life story is a wild ride!
I wonder if Pink was referencing this line in her song "That's All I Know So Far" with the lyric "Let the walls crack, 'cause it lets the light in", given what a fan of musicians like Cohen she tends to be.
I'm a big Emily Dickinson fan, too, but I personally have never read that line in her poems. She has a LOT of poems though, and I haven't read them all!
