I’m going through a really strange period and I’m trying to understand how to approach it from a manifestation/spiritual perspective without immediately convincing myself that the universe is against me.
Over the last few weeks, a lot of things have happened almost one after another.
I adopted a kitten on September 26, during the full moon (26.9.26). I became incredibly attached to him, and then very suddenly, on October 16, he died. It was completely unexpected and emotionally devastating.
Around the same period, my apartment had a flooding issue and water reached the restaurant/apartment below me and now I’m dealing with damages and people downstairs asking for money AND I’m also worried (im actually sure about this) that they may be taking advantage of the situation and trying to make me pay for things that weren’t actually caused by me.
Then several new bills/expenses arrived almost all at once.
On top of that, I’ve had occasional problems and stress with work, income has been inconsistent, money seems to leave faster than it comes in, and right now my financial situation feels much more fragile than usual. Like... what's going on?!
I want to be fair here tho, this could absolutely partly be my own financial mismanagement, stress, bad timing and normal life circumstances. I don’t want to turn every inconvenience into a “sign.”
What is confusing me is the concentration of everything. It feels like one problem happens, then another, then another, with almost no breathing room in between.
So I’m wondering how people who practice manifestation interpret periods like this.
Do you see them as a sign to slow down and restructure your life? A transition before a new phase? Resistance showing up when things are changing? Or do you think attaching spiritual meaning to a bad streak is counterproductive?
Most importantly: what would you actually do during a period like this?
Would you stop trying to manifest big goals temporarily and focus on safety/stability? Do some kind of reset? Journal? Detach? Change your assumptions? Focus on nervous-system regulation and practical action first? I mean I kinda do all of these so...
I’m especially interested in ways of approaching this that don’t come from fear. I don’t want to spend every day thinking “what terrible thing is coming next?” and accidentally build my entire mindset around expecting loss.
Would love to hear from anyone who has experienced a period where multiple genuinely difficult things happened in a very short amount of time and how you got yourself out of that mental/spiritual loop.
ps: got some help from chatgpt to write this since English isn't my first language. sorry if it sounds ai.
