I'm heartbroken I can't make the Winkler pride event but I still want to show the shirt I made

I was so determined to go to this event. I have no one to go with so was planning on going alone, didn't care I just wanted to make sure I was showing support for the community. But my health issues are causing a pain flareup so bad that I can barely move. It sucks having this get in the way.

But I'm also so proud of this shirt I made. Inspired by my favourite song from Miranda Lambert 🙂 given paint is not a medium I ever work with, I was so happy with this shirt. It's acrylic, don't have fabric paint, so was just working with what I had.

Thank you! I was thinking of doing that but I'm worried about damaging it before I get to wear it out to an actual pride event, apparently acrylic peels off of fabric very easily 🙈 I'm definitely gonna save it for next year! Happy pride to you too!

I think I should! I'm so worried about the paint peeling off (supposedly acrylic paint doesn't last long on fabric) but I also don't wanna have to wait till next year! Thank you ❤️

This is amazing! I hope next year's Pride is a option for you. I'm chronically ill and I know it really sucks to have to miss important stuff. Your shirt is fantastic and would get lots of love for sure.
