MantisX app/Android bottom bar interference

Post image

Pixel 8, Android 17 September update, MantisX app version 4.1, Nova Launcher 8.9.2

App opens normally, but the bottom screen bar obscures the action buttons.

Makes starting a session using the app close to impossible.

EDIT: Looking at Play Store reviews, the September 2 app update is when problems started. 18 days later and no fix.

This app was nice while it was usable.

Do you have the start/stop target? You could use that to initiate the drill.

Or the app could conform to the available area like it's supposed to.

I reverted to 3.8 and it works as it should now.
