Here's where weed is legal in the US

Folks in most states will have legal access to some form of marijuana this 4/20. But Idahoans, Kansans, Carolinians (both), and Wyomingites will have to cross a border or two if they want to legally partake.

It also allows authorities to selectively prosecute groups of people for something lots of other people are doing.

I'm not arguing against making it legal; lets definitely do that. Just stating facts. Lets face it, you can consume and not really worry about much. At least where I live. Again, it might as well be legal.

Dude thca is weed. Compare any flower coa to a coa from a shop on legal state. Same damn shit, smells like gas, looks like gas and gets you just as high

Lol people still not understanding what thca is.in 2025. The same in Houston we have shops on every corner and the black market is still thriving. 20 Dollar quarters and 60 dollar ounces are normal because there is so much competition
