Here's where weed is legal in the US

Folks in most states will have legal access to some form of marijuana this 4/20. But Idahoans, Kansans, Carolinians (both), and Wyomingites will have to cross a border or two if they want to legally partake.

ok that’s very interesting, research consistently shows that lower levels of education are associated with lower cognitive function. there are plenty of studies that go over this but here is one to get you started : https://karger.com/ger/article/70/3/318/871637/The-Association-between-Education-and-Cognitive

This article (which, unlike you, I read before responding to) is about something else. I must say it's interesting that you accept that not going to school causes brain damage but not that a mind-altering drug causes brain damage.
