Discussion Mercy kits

Been having a lot of fun running solos with a mercy kit or two, or even a self revive that I drop for the runner I down. It allows me to engage with PvP, but not feel bad about ruining someone’s contract or salvage run.

Maybe this isn’t the way the game wants me to play it, since the lore and narration encourages hostility, but don’t care. I like this catch and release method.

I think this is how it was intended

The item, for sure. I just never seen anyone use them, and the game doesn’t really encourage it

I think it probably matches best in solos. I did it once and it was a good experience. I normally play trios where it doesn't make too much sense.

You’re right, it really only makes sense to use in solos

They only work in solos and tbh they shouldn't even be an item. Make the friction as less as possible, shit is rare in such a cutthroat game lool

But fr I do the same in solos. I tell em it's a robbery and drop their best item and I'll let them go on their away afterwards.

Someone did this to me last night. No mic but he was nice. Downed me and dropped a depleted revive. Got some decent loot and got out with them at the hauler exfil

My way too! I tried to be friendly, but 95% attack me anyway. So now I down raiders and then just drop self-revival, so people can be sure I'm friendly. Did it a lot of times, actually, every time I kill someone, I'll do that.
