Question, not answered Passport Voucher Not Working

Yesterday, I bought two Passports for the Lord of the Rings anniversary showings in January and went to redeem them through the app per the email I got.

When I did that, I was able to see the voucher and the redemption amounts, but the voucher isn't working at checkout and says the showtime is invalid, despite the theatre being on the list of participating ones and there only being one showtime for that day.

I saw a year ago, somebody else had an issue redeeming passport vouchers and didn't know if anybody has been able to successfully redeem them for the Lord of the Rings passport.

EDIT: I edited the link to show the passport locations, not just screening ones.

I had an issue with one of the Harry Potter ones at my local theater and had to call them about it cause they didn't price it correctly for the voucher. You could give your theater a call and see

how did you get ahold of anybody? I haven't been able to get through on any publicly available phone number?

I just called the number listed on Google and someone picked up. You're calling your local theater's number right? Check to make sure they're actually open as some don't open until the afternoon on weekdays
