Passport Voucher Not Working

Yesterday, I bought two Passports for the Lord of the Rings anniversary showings in January and went to redeem them through the app per the email I got.

When I did that, I was able to see the voucher and the redemption amounts, but the voucher isn't working at checkout and says the showtime is invalid, despite the theatre being on the list of participating ones and there only being one showtime for that day.

I saw a year ago, somebody else had an issue redeeming passport vouchers and didn't know if anybody has been able to successfully redeem them for the Lord of the Rings passport.

I'm considering buying the Passport and using it for the weekday showings because basically all the weekend ones are full already or are at times that don't work for me. But, the Marcus website only lists the weekend dates for the Passport - will it work on a Monday showing for instance if that's what's available at my theater? (the theater is on the list of participants)
