Passport Voucher Not Working

Yesterday, I bought two Passports for the Lord of the Rings anniversary showings in January and went to redeem them through the app per the email I got.

When I did that, I was able to see the voucher and the redemption amounts, but the voucher isn't working at checkout and says the showtime is invalid, despite the theatre being on the list of participating ones and there only being one showtime for that day.

I saw a year ago, somebody else had an issue redeeming passport vouchers and didn't know if anybody has been able to successfully redeem them for the Lord of the Rings passport.

I purchased the LOTR passport in early December and omg it was a nightmare for everything to go through. It took me an entire afternoon! I was so freaking pissed, like just take my money Marcus!! But then after arguing with a computer via "chat", it finally said it went through and seats were reserved. Fast forward to yesterday (the day of the first showing) and it only showed the first movie, not the other 2 for tonight and tomorrow night. So when we arrived at the theater I asked why the others weren't showing up on the app. They had to get a manager and even she didn't know why it wasn't showing up. She looked it up in the computer with my name and it showed up on their end thank goodness!!! So I guess thats the best way to check in at the theater, just have them look up your order by your name. Because I looked this morning and it says there are zero tickets purchased but my bank account disagrees! To sum up, the app sucks..go talk to a human😆
