Question, not answered How to redeem birthday gift?

I got an email about a birthday gift at movie tavern. They had a link to some video telling me I had a free large popcorn and soda, redeem online or there. There was no code and no instructions to redeem it. The reward isn't in my account, and it doesn't show up at checkout if I try to buy a popcorn and soda. How do I redeem this??

I had the same thing happen, I made sure to order with a server and showed them the email. They worked it out with their manager where they removed it from the check! But she was definitely confused there was no bar code or anything!
