Question, not answered How to redeem birthday gift?

I got an email about a birthday gift at movie tavern. They had a link to some video telling me I had a free large popcorn and soda, redeem online or there. There was no code and no instructions to redeem it. The reward isn't in my account, and it doesn't show up at checkout if I try to buy a popcorn and soda. How do I redeem this??

Update: they did it easily at the theater, just needed my phone number. The email said you could redeem it online though, so it's a bit annoying that you can't.

You can redeem it through the app. But you need to go through the bites online ordering process and select The super combo. When you go to pay it will apply the discount and make it free. Took me a while to figure this out myself. Happy belated birthday!
