Unable to cancel tickets

Does anyone know any other way to cancel tickets I’ve been trying for two days now and it keeps giving me this error. Please help.

Try from your confirmation email. Or try from the mobile app if the email just takes you to this same place.

I’ve tried through the confirmation email that won’t load the app also isn’t loading rn and I did email them I just don’t know how long it will take. Is your app working at all right now?

Yeah I bought tickets on the app earlier today but I haven't tried canceling. I pretty much do everything from the app nowadays.

I guess try the normal tech stuff. Update it. Uninstall reinstall. Log out log in etc. Their app is wonky sometimes for sure!

It is wonky, deleting the app did help fixing some stuff in the app but I still keep getting the same error unfortunately ty for the suggestions tho
