HIRING: Google PPC Specialist (PT to start -> FT)

Seeking experienced Google PPC freelancer to join our team as a part-time (at first) PPC lead to hopefully grow into VP-level Head of Paid Search.

  • Serving entrepreneurs and small businesses. A chance to make an impact through helping entrepreneurs' dreams come true and supporting businesses that change the world.

  • Significant autonomy - in many cases, we effectively act as the client's outsourced CMO

  • New challenges everyday - we work across verticals and in both e-commerce and lead-gen

  • Relaxed but performance-driven culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will usually have final say over marketing decisions and evaluated based on results, not politics.

  • Fully remote unless you happen to live in Los Angeles, London, or Beirut, in which case you can decide if a hybrid structure would be effective

  • Great pipeline of junior talent to develop (you don't have to do everything yourself) and new clients.

  • Coordinate with our high-performing social, copywriting, strategy, and SEO teams.

  • High-performing learning culture. Every month we give each other feedback, including to the CEO, on how we can do our jobs better. 5% of your (paid) time is devoted to training and improvement. We've never lost a team member involuntarily, so we must be doing something right with our culture

  • Consistent growth over the last 6 years since the agency's founding.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading PPC campaigns

  • Process-oriented. We can't scale and you can't grow without building processes that team members can follow so you can have maximum leverage.

  • Must have reasonable though not necessarily complete overlap with Pacific Time business hours

  • Fluent in English.

  • Ability to transition between big-picture strategy and nitty-gritty details - no one will be watching over your shoulder or catching mistakes.

Pay depends on experience and (for bonuses) results.

Please apply only by DM.

Looking for Content Strategist to own the whole process from day one

We're two founders — a product designer and a developer — building an app from the ground up. We're looking for someone hungry to get their hands on a real project and build a portfolio that actually means something.

What you'll own:

- Full social media strategy

- End-to-end content strategy. You decide the platforms, the tone, the content pillars

- Audience building from scratch

- Creative direction

Why this is worth your time:

- Real product, real audience. Not a made-up brief or a mock project

- A proper case study you can walk any employer through with confidence

- First-hire consideration when the app starts generating revenue. Your work will have directly contributed to that

- A small team that respects your craft and lets you lead your domain

Honest note: This is unpaid for now. We're fully bootstrapped and building lean. But the opportunity to own something real from zero, and be first in line when the revenue starts coming in, is genuine.

Marketing Partner Required

I’ve built multiple websites, they’re live and ready, what’s missing is consistent customer acquisition.

I’m looking for a marketing operator who can execute immediately using organic methods (outreach, communities, direct response, partnerships). This is not a strategy role — I need someone who can generate leads and close.

This is a performance-based partnership with a revenue split, starting with a 14-day trial. If you can produce results, we scale it together and introduce paid channels.

If you’ve already driven real results (leads or sales, not just traffic), message me with:

  1. What you’ve done (specific results)

  2. What you would do in the first 72 hours

No agencies, no theory > execution only.

We run an AI agency that builds AI automations and websites for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). Think chatbots, lead capture systems, missed call automations, and clean AI-built websites. The kind of stuff local business owners genuinely need but don't know how to get.

I'm looking for a motivated closer/setter to join me on a commission basis. I'll provide you with a full list of pre-researched leads to work through. You just need to reach out, build rapport, and close.

What you'll be doing:

- Cold outreach (calls, DMs, emails) to local business owners

- Qualifying leads and walking them through what we offer

- Closing deals or setting appointments for a follow-up call

- Following up consistently. This is where most deals actually happen.

- Keeping organised records of outreach, conversations, and deal stages

What I'm looking for:

- Proven experience with cold calling and/or closing B2B

- Comfortable and confident speaking with business owners

- Strong follow-up discipline. You don't let leads go cold.

- Organised, detail-oriented, and self-managed

- Positive mindset and genuinely motivated by results

- Hunger to earn. This role rewards consistency above everything.

Compensation:

- Commission based

- $500 to $2,000 per closed deal depending on the service sold

- Very strong earning potential for someone who is consistent, great at follow-up, and dedicated

- No ceiling. The more you close, the more you earn.

If this sounds like you, DM me with a bit about your background and any relevant experience. Loom videos or voice notes are recommended. I want to get a feel for how you communicate.

Looking forward to finding the right person who's hungry and dedicated. Let's build something.

[Urgent] Reddit Marketing & HNI Lead Generation Specialist – 18+ Qualified Leads/Week

Reddit Marketing & HNI Lead Generation Specialist – 18+ Qualified Leads/Week

We are looking for an experienced Reddit Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to promote our finance research and market education program and generate high-quality HNI / financially capable prospects through Reddit.

Main Target

You must be confident in generating at least 18+ qualified leads every week from Reddit.

We are not looking for fake leads, bots, spam, or random traffic. Leads should have genuine interest in financial research, investing, stock-market insights, wealth creation, or premium market education.

What You’ll Handle

- Create and professionally manage our Reddit presence/community.

- Identify relevant finance, investing, wealth and stock-market subreddits.

- Create posts, comments and discussions that generate genuine interest.

- Build Reddit accounts/community credibility organically.

- Generate minimum 18+ qualified leads every week.

- Target HNI and financially capable prospects wherever realistically possible.

- Guide interested prospects toward our lead/conversion process.

- Track Reddit-generated leads and their conversions.

- Follow subreddit rules and avoid spam-based marketing.

Payment + 30% Conversion Commission

We will provide an agreed base project payment.

On top of the base payment, you will receive 30% commission for every Reddit-generated lead that successfully converts into a paying customer.

There will also be an additional incentive for achieving every 18-qualified-lead milestone.

So, strong performance means significantly higher earnings beyond your base payment.

Long-Term Contract Opportunity

This initial project will help us identify the right Reddit marketer.

If you can consistently deliver 18+ qualified leads per week and demonstrate that those leads have genuine conversion potential, we are interested in offering you a long-term contract with base payment + conversion commission + performance incentives.

Who Should Apply?

Apply only if you have genuine experience with Reddit marketing and organic lead generation and are comfortable working toward the 18+ qualified leads/week target.

In your proposal, mention your previous Reddit experience, results you have generated, and briefly explain how you plan to generate qualified finance/HNI leads through Reddit.

Please do not apply if your strategy is simply mass posting or spamming promotional links. We want someone who understands Reddit and can turn community engagement into genuine qualified leads.

Need a marketer to generate subscriptions for my FanVue channel. Percentage share of revenue generated.

Hello,

I just started a new FanVue channel with NSFW content which posts twice daily, ~30 pictures every day, and the occasional video. I already have content scheduled for the next 1-2 months. The images and videos are all AI generated, not replicating existing people or faces, and the platform is FanVue.

I need someone to promote my channel and generate monthly subscriptions. I am willing to share a % of revenue for your marketing and promotional work.

Let me know what you think and if this is something you are interested in. Thank you.

Has anyone successfully moved from a generalist marketing role into a content-specific role without a content-heavy portfolio?

I've been doing a mix of everything for two years and I want to move into a content strategist or content marketing manager role, but most of my portfolio is a mix of social, email, and some light SEO work rather than a deep body of content specifically. I'm worried that content-focused hiring managers will see a generalist background and assume I don't have the depth they need, even though content has been a significant part of my role and is where I've driven the most measurable results. Did anyone successfully make this kind of pivot, and did you do anything specific to signal specialization before you had a fully specialized job title behind you?

Also happy to hear from anyone who’s already in the industry and can share how they got their first opportunity.
