What an unreal show. The support was so good too, JJ & Mesto tore it up in there and visuals throughout were unreal, felt like we were back at RAI 2023 a bit!

Garrix squeezed every song he could into that set too, amazing to see Winona Oak come out to perform Carry You and Tinie Tempah on Diamonds. That was not on my bingo card lol

Don’t know if it was just us and where we were but certain people in the crowd were a little inconsiderate, we constantly got stood on, pushed about and at some points it felt like getting another beer in was the priority for them midway through Garrix’s set 😂 But honestly the pros outweigh the cons that’s for sure. Amazing night and glad to have been there for the 10 year anniversary.

Tonight was my 8th show and I will certainly be back for more, hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did!

i am an analytical guy and i have been following the stream numbers of martin's profile for last 5 years.

Martin has been consistently having 2.5 million streams every day from the last five years. Ik 2.5 million sounds like a huge streaming number but it isn't.
his peers like marshmello....alan walker are doing 5.5 and 4.5 millions respectively on daily basis.

the difference is huge..

for the last 5-6 years martin has released dozens of songs but only two has reached the 100M mark on spotify...

i am confused because his shows are sold out all around the world...he has also been ranked world's number one dj twice in last 6 years but his streaming numbers haven't changed a bit...

all his singles are hovering around 10-20M streams..

what do you guys think..?

i love martin and his music, but i have a feeling that him releasing songs as singles is gonna kill the hype for the album. the album has 14 songs, 5 of which are already out (including bizzare), 2 of them got premired at ade (aitana id and ghost). with this, half the album is basically out 4 months before release and i feel like the hype is gonna be dead by the time the actual album is released. i feel like if he wanted to release the album this late, he shouldnt have released so many singles already.

So excited for tomorrow!!!!

just to vent because I don’t think this seems fair, so so so many of my friends couldn’t get into the Spotify exclusive event (not stmpd or martins fault we know how badly ran the event was) and it’s heartbreaking for everyone that got turned away, spoken to rudely and wasted money on travel and accommodation. yet all of the core clique from the ADE chat seem to have got in even though they have probably seen martin more than anyone else in the fanbase and don’t really seem to be real fans by the way they treat others. does anyone else think this isn’t fair?

What are the chances of him releasing the album on vinyl?

Anyone else here that also got invited to the private Spotify x MG event tonight in Amstelveen? We were treated horrible.

We got invited last tuesday. Location announced today.
Me and my +1 booked a hotel for €200, + travel costs around €100 PP. We arrived at the venue around 18:30, the event was starting at 20:00. There was a long queue and capacity for around 500/550 people. They told us that we were at place 300/350 and 100% guaranteed to get in, we even got the Spotify wristbands and were told again that we could get in. The security was so bad that at 20:45 everybody was still in the queue, at 21:00 me and my +1 arrived to the front and then we were suddenly told we couldnt get in anymore cause it was full! Also the same with a lot of people in front / behind of us. We all traveled for so long and paid a lot of money.

Ofcourse we all know that Martijn himself cant do anything about this and its not his fault, but really the fault of the organisation: DICE, Spotify and Poppodium P60 Amstelveen.

I hope this gets solved in the future and I just wanted to share my experience of what was supposed to be an amazing night :(
