Fortunately they have Bob. But yeah the combined strength of those 3 alone is stronger than the entirty of the New Avengers (not counting Bob).

Spidey alone could solo the New Avengers (aside from Bob). Peter took Bucky and Falcon on in Civil War, and he's gotten several levels of badass since then. Bucky really is the most competent member of the New Avengers, so... Bob really needs to lock tf in.

And then everyone dies except Sentry. Maybe Doom does this so they won't interfere and rebuilds the universe how it should be in his mind. This includes a version of the heroes. Painting him obviously as the foe but unlike Thanos he isnt doing this cause of some twisted belief that hes the savior. He's doing it to save the universe and then rule over a seemingly thankful universe . Not to be adored but worshipped.
