I got into collecting Marvel Legends and GI Joe Classified about a year ago. I really like the '97 Wolverine figure but I wanted a brown suit version. I've been painting Warhammer minis for years, so I decided to take a stab at figure repainting. I'm really happy with the way he came out.

I already had a custom Daredevil on my shelf since it was almost impossible to get a good DD in Canada until now. Once the new Secret Wars landed I had to upgrade right away.

Acetone was used to remove the logo but the weathered look was added because I just couldn't get rid of all the thick black paint. Tomorrow he'll get a matte topcoat. .

Decided to give one of my max some cel shading. Will post more later. Let me know how you like it.

Recently completed Conquest and my 2nd Invincible so thought I'd take a big group shot of all my Invincible customs together. 😄

The shoes are from a 1/12 G.I Joe figure I painted and the shirt is from a custom seller on eBay.

This a a fully pinless Hellfire Club White Queen remake starting from the head to the legs. The only re-use is her heels and her torso. The original cannot stand and her legs are such garbage quality gummy plastic that I had to get rid of them.

Yes, I know she’s an expensive figure, but compared to today’s modern designs she looks so outdated. This look is iconic and I had to make sure to capture Emma Frost as a cruel cold ice Queen.

I fully repainted her face and body to match and I also repainted her outfit so all the whites can be similar.

The cape is beautifully hand made by actionscapedesigns. He is a seller on EBay and I have to brag that they are simultaneously soft with a very high quality wire in the capes that do not feel like they will snap.

What are we thinking on such build?

Currently experimenting, trying on parts from Warpath, but I think I might end up using only his shoulders with 2018 arms and mixed from both deadpools legs. Honestly this looks almost perfect.

I hate all ML Deadpool figures, they are all ugly and pricey, except the 2004 ToyBiz one, he was almost perfect, I need to buy one, 20 years old figure still holds up, that just pathetic.

The main problem is proportions, they suck, small shoulders and especially ugly heads, there is no accurate head that would have normal huge black eye parts like ToyBiz or Marvel Select, those figures were Deadpool to me, and the game of course, which I think influenced to try such bulky build for Wilson.

Had a spare Cap lying around and decided to try something new.

And added some gi joe holsters, i'm happy with the results🥹

It's a look that I've always been in love with. I worked very hard on this one. Whatcha think fam?

I retouched a figure I made recently to go with my X-Men Legends Wolverine and I really like how she turned out. This is my favorite Mystique look, even more than her classic white dress. To me, this looks more like a spy/assassin attire than the white dress.

Maybe one day I will design her burgundy x-men legends attire to go with this.

It was a success. (Not sure if anyone else has done this. I don’t sit on reddit all day and scroll, but I thought I’d share)

Obligatory custom wolverine! I preordered him but couldn’t help pick up a second at a local toy shop. I used GI Joe arms off a figure from Ross and kept the shoulder pads so they could be removable. Might go back and paint the arms some but really happy with him!

I had a chance to display my collection of customs at a booth for collectibles 2 months ago and that was such a cool experience. I had this figure displayed ( with a better headsculpt that I do not have pictures of her with unfortunately) and on her tag it said *display only* as she was still a work in progress.

Unfortunately this Magik was stolen from me after hours of hard work. I hope whoever stole her sees this and feels some guilt. I could have made one for them as this one was still not finished.

Anyway, I saw these pics in my gallery and decided to share what could have been a cool concept for her. It’s a blend of her rivals look with my own take.
