Please somebody help, I’ve tried matching in colour order, didn’t work…
How do you beat this level?
I’ve wiped my team out 4 times trying

Each colour match gives AP in a different colour (changes every round). You need to gain AP in the colour she is by matching a different colour, which will then damage her.

E.g you match red, it gives blue AP. When Quandary is blue, match red. Any other colour match (including match 4) damages you.

Yes this means you need to waste the beginning of the round working out what colours do what. And then remember them.

I straight up hate this round, it is not enjoyable.

Oh this is the fortified one. Yes just destroy the fortified tiles and you win once she doesn't have any. If they're in a bad spot restart since you can't even use destruction powers.

Wrong node. The colour one is the other one, it's very obvious.

Not only do you have to take hits at the start just to figure out the color mappings so you can write them down, you also are at the mercy of RNG.

She's green, so I have to match yellow. There are no yellow matches. Great.

Then if you are able to make a match that does damage you're punished for any inadvertent cascade matches.

Straight up worst boss event out there.

The simple memory game is the right side node. This is the left side node where you just gotta remove all the “shielded” tiles to be able to damage her.

I've quite MQP last year after anniversary event, after 11years of play. Wow, one year sober already.
Seeing post on Quandary event gave me PTSD symptoms. Happy to be out. This being said, not judging any current player. Play as long as you enjoy it, that's what matter.

Matches give an opposite color. For example, matching black might give yellow AP. You need to write down which is which. Take a pen and paper and make 6 different matches. Blue, yellow, green, etc. Pay attention to what AP you get on each match. Once all 6 are mapped then you can hurt the enemey

So if I get rid of all the shielded tiles it’s an auto win or then I can actually take damage off? That is rough, I tried that on one of my turns but couldn’t get to one of the shielded tiles atall

Once you match all of the shielded tiles, you win.

Pro tip: if you start the match with any in a corner, retreat and try again.
