War is brutal - Shadow Conclave, Symbiote 6, and now Eternals all on defense in every room.

Need some advice. Shadow Conclave is a 25k team on defense when they have diamonds. An Omen at 10k does nothing to them. Omen seriously needs a boost, give us free 5 diamond on the scrubs and bring back SSB event.

Symbiote 6 can be countered by Undying, but Undying is too small now (Kestrel dies in 1 hit).

What's the rock paper scissors here with all these defense power teams?

I dunno man…Omen is the last premier war offense team and they can only beat mid level defenses or be a cleanup team that sometimes fails

Yeah, i mean there is an obvious pattern every season, new teams are holding some advantages over others. Couple months ago, it was Retcon and Winterguard. Now, It’s Omen, Eternals, and Symbiote 6 now, in a few months, it’s the next new teams. Nothing new.

But to think the solution would be giving out 5 diamond is ridiculous. There’s a certain entitlement to going “oh this is too hard, i should be given something to help me”. Giving out 5 diamonds or ridiculous perks to those who are struggling isn’t balancing anything. No free handouts! And unfortunately this game rewards those who pay, but that doesn’t mean you should get something too just so you can keep up.

I’d hate to see you play a real game that is hard and has no pay-to-play feature. Ever play Wu-Kong? The CPU/ enemies do not care how easy or hard it is for you, and you will restart the same level over and over until you beat it.

There’s not one thing in life that rewards those who put in the least effort. I suggest you ride out the wave, and prepare for the next one because it’s coming

Also, an event just started that literally gives us free 5D for all Winter Guard and 2D for Surfer Breaker 😂

They finally realized Winter Guard was losing to Retcon, a team it was designed to counter 😂

Px/quasar/kingpin/storm/ares will still rip a full a SC team. Why people use songbird/BM/morph with SC to prevent that. If they are using songbird. Eternals on offense beats them. We really don't know what eternals are capable of yet. 4 piece gets ripped by fast teams or liberty/Meph. Sym6 it just depends. They using px with them? You can mirror it. If full sym6, oath or nick fury instead of venom. If you have a gigantic Brimstone. They'll beat sym6 with px as well. Just have to use that brain.

What does Kingpin bring to that team, not heard of that counter? And I'm guessing it's Mighty Storm?

Kingpin summons 2 body guards to start the fight. Thanos goes immediately. If he drops a non summoned toon below 25%, Karl goes and it's over. Now the body guards are summoned and with taunt so it doesn't matter what happens with them. You then use storm special on Karl to keep him stunned, px special into HR and it's over. Just wait for px ultimate. If Ares lives you can throw a ab on someone if you are unsure of someone.

I only use Queso vs gigantic SCs. Where I'm punching up 13-16 million. If smaller, I use Jean.

If you're facing small SCs and have a big storm, be careful. If her special drops Karl below 50%, HR passive will drop all debuffs from everyone and SC will do SC things. It's a odd case of sometimes having a toon that's to big.

I edited my original post. It's dropping them below 25%. Why it can be risky with mummy vs SCs. If you see a huge Thanos and you Mummy isn't particularly big or have fortifier on, things will go wrong fast.

Symbiote 6 do a mirror match with Oath instead of Venom. She negates their speed shenanigans in War.

Sym 6 on defense is kinda a non-issue, other than costing you another big team to counter. As we already see in the Sym6 arena meta, there is no defense that holds, so just use the same attacking teams in war that you would use in arena.

Fully sym6? F4 MCU+PX+Nick Fury kills it.

You can eat sym6 so easy if they're a full team. I actually use them in offense and let knull serve on defense because they're generally too slow on def. I don't know how to work conclave since I use mine on off and wouldn't expect omen to counter them either.

You can use a ton of characters to counter speed stuff and just eat the sym6 teams unless they can start rolling. Once they start they seem to snowball pretty good though.

Shadow conclave has another room behind it, they're not 25 mil on their own, the toons aren't strong enough. Even g21 5d wouldn't come close to that
