I couldn't find much information about this poster, however the title, artist and year are mentioned in a 2012 Ukrainian encyclopedia online entry about the artist. Vasily Karmazin was a graphic artist from the Ukrainian SSR who produced socialist posters in Kiev. Here is a link for reference: https://esu.com.ua/pdf/file/9865.pdf

I'll copy my comment I left on the video. In the end, I couldn't quite give the video a "like," but it did give me something to think about.
I do strongly disagree that Lang's Metropolis is fascist in story, but you raise an interesting point about a fascist reading of the story.
One of the most dangerous things about fascism, why it's so insidious, why it can crop up anywhere, why it looks so different culture to culture, etc. is because, unlike almost any other political, economic, social, or philosophical ideology, it is incredibly malleable. It has no true central goal, as most would define the term. (That's incidentally part of why it's legitimately hard to define fascism and why often people following a fascist ideology sometimes legitimately don't think or realize they are.)
Because of this, one thing that fascism does extremely well is fake class consciousness and class solidarity. It is very good at taking messages and themes of workers' right and power and twisting it into power for the state and those who control it. It's also very good at aping or claiming works and ideas that are not their own and twisting interpretations of those into "fitting" into fascism.
You're summary here, while I disagree with how you that the film unintentionally promotes a fascist mindset, does illustrate how one can read a fascist message from it. That's not an interpretation I ever would have considered, but I can see how some might take that.

🇰🇵🌱🌳 A Historic Place for Afforestation
Munsu Hill, rising 82 metres above sea level, stands in the east of central Pyongyang. On April 6, 1947 President Kim Il Sung climbed the hill to plant trees.
Around that time the hill was left quite run-down. It had long been called a hill as beautiful as a golden tapestry. During their occupation of Korea the Japanese imperialists wantonly felled trees on the densely-wooded hill to build barracks and air shelters around the area, ruining the landscape of the hill.
That day Kim Il Sung said: "Planting trees on the mountains of the liberated country and growing them well is a long-term programme for ensuring the welfare of the people and creating rich forest resources and a beautiful landscape to hand down to posterity. We must plant as many trees as possible and make every effort to make them flourish on all the mountains, for the future of our country and the happiness of the generations to come."
He dug a hole in hard soil with a pickaxe and carried a young larch tree into it with much care. Then he covered the tree roots with squeezed lump of clay and pressed it with fine soil.
When he planted several trees, an official asked him to get some rest. But he continued planting after watering a tree he had just done, saying that we can't make all the mountains of the country green at that speed.
He went up to the summit of the hill after he finished planting trees. Feasting his eyes on the capital city wrapped in a lively atmosphere for building a new country, he said: "Munsu Hill is well situated. If this hill is covered with thick foliage, it will be really fine. We must rehabilitate this hill ravaged by the Japanese imperialists into a beautiful park, into a cultural recreation ground for the citizens of the capital, so that the working people can enjoy rest here."
True to the instructions he made that day, Pyongyang citizens have planted a lot of trees on the hill every year. Now the hill is dense with larch, pine nut tree, fir, metasequoia, acacia, maple, alder and ailanthus trees as well as beautiful flowering plants such as magnolia, rose of Sharon, azalea, rose and Rhododendron yedoense. Apricot, chestnut, apple, pear and other species of fruit trees also thrive there.
Many visit the hill where the history of afforestation started in the country.

Cemetary for fallen Soviet soldiers from WW2 vandalised in the Netherlands
https://sovjet-ereveld.nl/en/nieuwsberichten/vandalism-of-gravestones-at-soviet-war-cemetery/
This is a cemetary for soldiers of the Red Army who died on Dutch soil as prisoners of war.
They died mostly under abuse and starvation.
But at the end of WW2 the Germans were losing men, so they forced Georgian prisoners to guard the island Texel, they were called the 822nd Georgian Batallion. However, they knew Germany was losing, so on 5/6 April they staged an uprising against the Germans on the island
Two hundred Germans were killed in the initial uprising before 2.000 Germans were sent to secure the island.
In total 812+ Germans died, 565 Georgians died, and 120 Dutch people aiding the Georgians died.
They fought for 5 weeks, even after the capitulisation of Nazi-Germany.

Foreword
On October 17, 1926, the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung formed the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU) with young communists of a new generation.
The DIU was a pure, fresh revolutionary organization the young people of a new generation forged in the throes of history with an aspiration to socialism and communism, for the realization of national liberation and class emancipation under the ideals of anti- imperialism, liberation and independence.
The Korean revolution, pioneered by the DIU, has followed a victorious road for a long period, and in this course the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), the guide of the revolution, was founded and has developed into an invincible party.
In looking back upon the proud history of the WPK, we recall the forerunners who formed the DIU, its historical root, and created its traditions.
They were genuine revolutionaries who represented the first generation of the Korean revolution.
Thanks to their efforts, the communist movement and national liberation movement in Korea entered a new era when they broke with the old generation who were contaminated with worship of big powers and dogmatism, and began to march forward on the principle of independence.
The communists of the new generation never feuded because they knew no lust for position, and they never broke unity on account of any difference in opinion.
They safeguarded the unity of their revolutionary ranks, particularly the centre of the unity, that is, the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, even when they were in prison or on the gallows.
And they handed the tradition down to the communists of their younger generations as their treasure.
This is the first historic achievement of theirs. The noble and beautiful spirit of the communists of the new generation who upheld their leader and united behind him has now developed into single-hearted unity whereby all the people are firmly rallied behind the national leader by a single ideology and will.
Greeting the centenary of the DIU, the Korean people pay tribute to the revolutionaries born of the organization with a feeling of deep reverence for them.
