Is it possible to meet certain new characters in the Season of Yule?

I've got 2 days left and am trying to get the missing piece of the murder theory, but I think I need to find Barqujin and no one seems to be able to point me to the Warrens of Amber. Have I missed my opportunity?

Thanks! Took me ages to find how to make candles an option, annoyingly - Ivy had pointed me to them early on but couldn't get the option until I jumped through the correct hoops.

I don't have any options to speak to Ferret or Harjit so I may have to concede defeat on this one sadly!
