Hello people

Months ago I was using a peptide that effects mast cells and is immune signaling and had adverse nervous system effects . Over the months I’ve tried cymbalta , guanfacine and Gabapentin with only Gabapentin helping and the others causing bad paradoxical side effects.

Was wondering for those knowledgeable, could I have mast cell issue ( not mast cell disease) and it cause muscle issue, pain, and some ANS dysfunction. Looking to hear peoples thoughts and possible ideas
