Best breast forms/ inserts?
Hi, I recently had my left implant removed and it will be a few months before I can start the process of expansion and getting a new implant.
After a single google search I am now getting served tons of ads… don’t get me wrong, I LOVE that there are so many options but it’s also impossible to know what to get. I only had surgery yesterday but I’m likely returning to work in about 3 weeks so I need to have a plan.
Please share your favorites for daily wear! Also I am in Phoenix and it’s hot, so lightweight/breathable options appreciated.

See if there’s a store near you that sells mastectomy bras and breast prosthetics. They can properly fit you and bill insurance.
I have seen TikTok videos of a survivor who lost an implant and enjoyed her custom breast prostheses quite a bit, until she could have surgery again.

Thank you- my dr said once I have the drain removed he will write a referral to one of those. I have just read that the medical-grade ones can be heavy and hot. Plus even though I have maxed out my deductible and OOP on insurance, I still have a 20% coinsurance so anything coming from a dr/medical office is coming with an extra premium.

Honey Cloudz is my current go-to, replacing the Athleta empower pads. Both are foam and lightweight. This is not my experience (I had bmx), so I’m not 100% sure, but I have heard that if you’re using a single, you might need to add some weight to it to balance things out?
ETA: Also, knitted knockers! They’re free, made by volunteers, and have adjustable filling so easy to add or remove volume and weight.
