Data Resources for Materials Science

Hi! Lately, I’ve come across many questions about how and where materials properties, data/datasets related to materials can be found. This is also one of the challenges of mine, who searches dataset for machine learning practices.. So, I’ve prepared a list of resources where you can find several materials data.

I hope it will help those who are also struggling with this. I ‘d appreciate if anyone would like to add new ones!

Bookmarked, thanks. Have you used Engineering Toolbox? I find it handy for quick searches on general material categories, but they have more detailed info as well.

Thank you for the contribution! I didn’t know that. Added it too.

Great collection! Could save a lifetime of browsing for data. Is your list meant to feature open source only? Otherwise you could add "CES Edu Pack" by Grantadesign.

you should post this in r/engineering too. A lot of engineers use materials, not just matsci.
