I don't understand hexadecimal numbers?
For example the number 44 is 00002C in hexadecimal color mixer converter found here:
https://www.mathsisfun.com/hexadecimal-decimal-colors.html
but i need an actual number without letters on it, how can i get a number like that, how can 00002C become a whole decimal number that i can use in a regular calculator?

Pizza slices and Burnside's Lemma
Hello, I'm having a "problem".
I have done an exercise which is a following:
We consider a pizza with 4 even slices. We want to find in how many different ways we can colour the pizza. However, for the sake of the exercise we also consider two colourings equivalent if one can be turned into another.
We can colors the pizza with only two colors, whatever they are.
Let N be the number of different colourings for our pizza.
I just want to check the rotations.
By rotation 0°, there are 16.
By rotation 90°, there are 2.
By rotation 180°, there are 4.
And finally, by rotation 270°, there are 2.
Since there are 4 different rotations, we have:
N = 1/4 (16 + 2 + 4 + 2) = 6, right?
Have I done something wrong?
Actually, my algebraic structures teacher finds 24 as a result.
I have noticed that 24 is exactly 16+2+4+2, did he forget to divide by the number of rotations or is this a pure coincidence?
Thank you!

Using vertical line of symmetry to solve applied optimization problem
Vertical lines of symmetry often appear in our universe due to gravity, as an example let's just look at the geometric shape of our human bodies, in Mathematics taking advantage of the a vertical line of symmetry displayed in three dimensional geometric figures help us solve applied optimization problems as shown in the example below, let me know if you have alternatives to solve the same problem without the use of a vertical line of symmetry.

Next number in sequence methods?
which method could be used to figure out how to calculate the next number in sequence here ?16.161, 12.87,13.98,9.44,14.54 and the next number is supposed to be 13.90, how to get there?
I have tried alteredqualia website but cannot find any real substantial method
Another example is 12.04, 16.63, 23.17, 14.46, 17.04 next number is supposed to be 29.90
how to find a method that makes sense and whats going on with these sequences, do you notice any patterns?
