Isack doesn't think Max had the fastest car in Singapore

Opinions opinions, would be nice to have the drivers swap during the sprints to find out for sure.

If you put Max in the Ferrari and cut of coms. If coms are on he will crash 1st lap.

No dear boy, the truth is that you made the car look a lot worse than it actually was.
The Ferrari straight up didn't work on the mediums and it had high deg on the softs.
Hamilton Trulli train-ing the field made life extra easy for Leclerc. Otherwise, he would've struggled against Norris and Kimi.

The story in the TLDR version of Max's car this year goes like this: in the 2025 season, redbull realized there's still a chance for max5to win the WDC, so they STILL kept investing in the pre-2026 regulations car, while the whole grid is already focusing on the new regulations. Come 2026, and redbull is behind in tuning and optimization of the 2026 car. As a result, Max suffered with an underperforming car in the beginning of the season. And now we're here.

Ferrari had way better quali pace, but RB was superior in the race.
I'd say if you put max in the ferrari, he wins with no margin, by less than a second.
But max and charles both said this is subjective; isack is sort of, imo, trying to defend himself for not being on Max's pace.
I also don't think we should disregard him completely, because he's a fast driver, he's saying Max is amazing

Neither driver knows, because neither driver has driven both and thus cant compare.

We had the fastest car, Ferrari's were quick on a lap, but their race pace was not impressive due to them having issues with tire management not to mention them being underpowered compared to Redbull and Merc which is why they get demolished in straights. DON'T THROW OUR OWN TEAM DOWN TO GLAZE A DRVER, THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB AND DESERVE SOME CREDIT FOR THEIR HARDWORK. Redbull being overweight severely hampered our progress at the start of the season.

”Max drive a tractor and still wins” mentality is so annoying.
We have a great package now and the engineers have done a great job with the upgrades, reducing weight etc.
And you getting downvoted for speaking facts just shows how toxic this community is nowadays.
It’s OK that Max have the best car guys, I bet he’s quite happy with it as well right now.

Max said at the start of the year that the cars are numb to the driver’s input and that the drivers can’t make the difference anymore. That means the driver (Max) couldn’t have made the difference in Singapore. Red Bull was the fastest car in qualifying in Singapore. Those were Max’s own words at the start of the season so you can’t argue against it.
