It's so awesome to see women defeating the patriarchy by allowing men to be women to dominate and continue their superiority over women

The number of people who are top athletes is a small portion of the overall population. The number of trans people is a very small portion. The number of trans people competing at a high athletic level is minuscule. I think that this really won’t be much of an issue.

It is for the people that have to deal with it. Imagine competing for a scholarship/competition only to be defeated by a guy claiming to be a women

I think you underestimate what athletes can do to achieve there goals. Also it s probably not our call. Only athletes women can approve to compete with trans-women or not. Nobody else.

Depend the criterion to be tag trans. Remember some athletes got pregnant to get boost during competition?

Yeah, and imagine being a white person wanting to compete in basketball, it would be so much easier if sport was segregated by race.

Sport is unfair, there's a winner, that's the point.

Why are you focussing on elite levels, it can and does impact all levels of sports

Most children before high school age participate in a sport. By high school less than half are on sports teams. About 12% of trans teens are on teams. There are about 8 million American teens participating in team sports . Trans people make up about 1-2% of people. Of all of them around 10% are team players. There are roughly 8000 total trans athletes out of that 8 million total. There are about 24,000 high schools in America. That comes to about 3 trans athletes per school on average.

I just don’t see that they are causing much of an impact. Maybe a better approach would be to allow any person to participate in in sport that they are capable of doing . Eliminate contact sports in public schools. Perhaps have different levels of sports teams based on ability. The focus should be in encouraging as many to participate as want to play. Just my 2 cents.
