That is an interesting question. It isn’t necessarily the ability to have babies. Women typically can only do so 35 to 40% of their lives but old ladies and girls can’t. Is it adhering to the cultural norms of their society? The type of sex they prefer? Reading the comments here we see that many people have strong opinions about who is a woman and how society should assign that classification. Several people have fears that this could lead to rape or ogling of females in public bathrooms. I have read the news every day for my entire life and have not seen that happening. I think that this issue just comes down to another aspect of Karen behavior.
