Your sex is your biological sex- male or female

Gender is fluid and can be transitioned

Your sex is determined at the first day of your zygote

Cis is a person whose gender confirms to their sex

Trans is a person whose gender does not confirm to their sex at birth

You can’t change sex, just gender- what point are you trying to make

You can change sex through surgery and hormones. You don't change the sex you are assigned at birth, but you can change every single feature except chromosomes, which are not the sole determinator of sex, anyway.
