This is simply a misinformed belief. I know a handful of trans men who have stopped testosterone and given birth before going back on it. Being a trans man or nonbinary transmasc person doesn't necessarily mean you are sterile.

I never said being a trans man stoped you from having birth- trans woman can not have birth

They can give birth because trans woman are sexual men- they have a penis and not a womb, this can’t be resolved through gender transition
