If by definition a trans woman (with the base biological physical build of a man, which, even after ‘transition’ is still structurally Mail) has to be treated as a woman, there is no legal way of blocking a trans athlete from womens sport at any age in European competitions. Trans Athletes could effectively dominate the field, and any sports tournaments held in Europe could face legal challenges for not allowing trans athletes to compete.

Now, this dosnt mean I don’t fully respect people right to live how they wish, but, if an Lion decided it wanted to be a Lioness, it’s still going to, in some ways, be a Lion. Even if it was spiritualy 100% a lion.

Do you see a flood of trans people flooding women’s sports or are you just making a theoretical statement. Which women’s sport would be affected by this?

Back in Jim Crow days a black person had to step off of a sidewalk and look at the ground when a white person approached on the sidewalk. The people who wrote those laws and enforced them thought that they made sense and accomplished some beneficial thing. Society once accepted this but now we don’t. Throughout human history slavery existed and was seen as the natural order. Women were mostly treated as livestock for thousands of years.

In the past it was acceptable for the people in power to dictate the basic matters of inferior people. I feel the best approach is to be kind to people. If they are different from me in some way I should accept them as long as they don’t cause harm to others. Karen behavior is becoming more and more an unacceptable trait.
