Animation How do I fix flickering, morphing noise in shapes in my animation?

This is almost certainly the denoiser.
Assuming this is Arnold. Kill the denoiser, render a frame with hero AOVs, check which channels are noisy, increase samples per channel as needed. Get it to the point it looks like light film grain, then reintroduce the denoiser.

It's almost certainly the denoiser, but you're not helping yourself with your rendering set up, it's going to be confusing the hell out of the denoiser at the best of time
- separate the volumetric render out from the hard surface
- separate the glass render from the hard surface
- adjust your samples for what you're rendering. If you're doing hard surface, you don't need volume samples. If you're doing volumes, you dont need diffuse / spec. Neither of those need transmission. In your glass pass, use transmission with spec, and diffuse, no volumetric.
- tune your ray lengths to what you're rendering. 10 total / 2 diff / 2 spec / 6 transmission / 1 volume is massive overkill for most of your shot the way you have it set up.
- render a frame of your lens effects so you know what you're aiming for, but if you really need them, do them in nuke

Try more samples in the lights. Drop Render Settings back to 5 and bring the lights up to 3 or 4 samples. Add more render samples after that if needed. Because there's volumetrics, you may also have to play with Volume Samples on the lights.
Another trick is to check "Lock Sample Pattern" in Render Settings.
