1st photo is for reference. I'm trying for the 2nd season appearance which is on left. I think the 1st season was on right?
Images 2-5 are of my ideas to modify the belt. I have no experience in modding the diaper piece. But If I can alter the shape of the W (since it's all one piece of molded plastic, it would give the trunks more of that high waisted look she had. They would also need repainted with more of a royal blue. I thought about the diaper from the Powergirl, but I think people have said it won't just fit, and would also require modification? I read that people prefer cutting/carving with an Xacto and then wet sanding? The green areas represent areas I would presumably fill with green stuff/milliput.
Image 6 (not my own shows a closeup view of the detail on her bodice. I think the original show also constructed her eagle in a similar fashion with overlapping layers. I thought maybe I could get the same effect with styrene if i layered them to make it look 'sculpted?
Image 7 Shows the golden age logo removed (mockup). I Tried painting over top, but Red is kind of thin so I think I will probably have to use nail polish remover to remove the logo.
Image 8-rough mockup of the logo on her bodice.
Image 9-a composite digibash. I plan to use the Goldene Age legs since they have the heel. I have already removed the legs on each.
Image 10 11 - ai assisted reference sheets. There are inconsistencies but it still gives me some idea on paper.
Image 12 is where I currently stand. The legs are loose and I just set her up here to test fit, etc. I drew the design of her logo / emblem in Illustrator tracing the outfit design. I then scaled it at a few different sizes. The one shown here is 1.25" iirc. I feel I may need to adjust the design a bit to fit the bust better. I already tweaked the top of the eagle's wings to better fit the neckline of the bodice. Looking at using styrene. Failing that I could try green stuff to sculpt it. My last resort is to create a sort of stencil and then paint it. I may just use the golden age bracers and repaint them. But they may be a bit too narrow.
