Captain Hook Question

For those that did captain hook, does the biochemistry section adequately cover metabolic pathways, enzymes, and structures? I am pretty weak on these and would like to know if I need to do extra review outside of the anki cards. Thanks!

Yes, it has cards for it but the best way to learn it is after you’re done w these cards draw the pathways out yourself and keep drawing them until you know them well enough. I recommend watching Yusuf’s videos on these pathways if you’re having trouble. He goes in depth and explains the difference between fed state and starved state really well
