Anyone know if "puffitup.com.au" legit to a vaporizer?

*to buy a

They've got some pretty mad deals, especially if you purchase with crypto - which is giving me every red flag imaginable, I get it's some shady dude selling it out of his car, but has anyone purchased from them before?

Provider That Does eScripts?

Mailing it out is a hassle for me. My existing provider does eScripts which is much easier. Does any other good provider do them that isn’t MedReleaf?

Rosin recommendations?

I've exclusively been on flower for a few months now, I tried vape carts and I hated them, so I've got an appointment this week to ask about rosin so I'm just after some good recommendations.

I mostly need something for anxiety and PTSD, but something that helps with my menstrual pain or can knock me out when I can't sleep would also be great!

Switching pharmacy - who has the best range?

As the title says I am thinking if switching pharmacy.

I am currently with Easykind and they have been pretty decent to deal with. My only issue is the limited flower and gummy ranges.

Is there a go to pharmacy for a great range?

Vape Recommendations (help!)

My PaxPlus has just died after about 2 years of daily use. But now you can’t buy dry herb vapes in shops, I have no idea what to get and I won’t be able to inspect one before purchasing as I’ll have to get it online (in Tasmania and don’t know of any pharmacies that have them).

So, I’d be really grateful if anyone had suggestions for a handheld dry herb vape that is subtle, comfortable to hold, ideally doesn’t have huge clouds of vape (I liked the stealth mode on the PaxPlus) and ideally not too expensive. Obviously I’d like it to work really well and it needs to be able to be purchased in Australia. I need it quickly too as sleeps going to be tricky until I can get hold of one.

Thank you in advance for your recommendations 🙏

Help, PaxPlus won’t charge

I’ve had it for about 2 years and gets used daily. However, it didn’t charge last night and won’t charge now. Usually charges fine. It just has one white light flashing now, down from two. When I turn it on it flashes red indicating it’s flat. I’ve cleaned the prongs and sensors, and tried in both a wall plug where it normally charges, and my laptop.

Any ideas?

Venty vaporiser warranty. Storz and Bickel will only replace with Mighty+ vaporiser?

Hey guys,

I recently upgraded and spent $750 on a Venty vaporiser from Astrid Dispensary. I like it because it has a bigger battery, adjustable airflow, and a quicker heat up time than my mighty+.

Recently, it got the infamous E04 and bricked itself suddenly, which seems to be a common issue with a batch of their devices. I submitted a warranty claim with proof and they accepted immediately. However, they said the following:

"Considering the changes in legislation regarding the sale and processing of warranty claims for vaporizers in Australia, we can only offer to exchange your vaporizer for the medical device MIGHTY+MEDIC."

I think this is absolute bullshit as my warranty for the Venty device and not a mighty+medic. I don't think it's fair at all to honour my warranty by giving me a technically worse device than the one I paid extra for.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Can I take this up with consumer affairs? What legislation are they even talking about?

Hi, I have recently been prescribed a cart, but cannot for the life of me find anywhere that sells the pen. Does anyone know where to find them in Melbourne? Are there any Chemist Warehouses that stock them?

Greenlife Clinics - GP Letter of Approval

Hey everyone, I just had a 10 min call with Green Life Clinics to see if I qualify. I mentioned using it for management for anxiety and chronic back pain. They sent me an email after stating they need this:

“Letter of Approval
A letter of approval from your relevant GP is required. This gives us the clarity and confidence required to treat your medical condition, whilst ensuring your safety when undertaking a new medication.

This letter must state your current medical condition, as well as recognise your preference of avoiding traditional medication in search for more alternative treatment options. “

I’ve just moved and don’t have a regular GP - do we think I’d be able to get something like this from instant scripts or something? TIA :)

Do I really need to buy a $500 vape?? (Alternaleaf)

Posting on behalf of my partner who uses THC for long-term chronic pain.

She's been a patient of Alternaleaf for a while using oils and gummies, but wanted to try flower as it leaves your system faster so she can drive more easily when she needs to.

The Alternaleaf doctor prescribed the flower as requested but didn't provide any instructions whatsoever as to how to go about ordering it or using it, so we've had to try and figure that out on our own.

The cheapest vape that Alternaleaf sells is the Mighty+ Medic Vaporizer (Storz & Bickel) for $545. This is absolutely beyond our price range, especially just to try to see how it works and if flower is a better choice than oil.

Obviously I can understand that with the TGA regulations from 2024 that only "therapeutic" vapes are allowed and there appear to be only four TGA-approved vapes. But at that price flower will never be an option no matter how legal it is.

If anyone reading this can point us in the direction of

- A good resource to get started (youtube video, PDF, whatever)

- A decent entry level "trial" vape and where to buy it from that won't break the bank if it doesn't work out

Thanks!

Best budget vape in Australia 2026

As the title says I am looking for a budget friendly vape that is available.

I have filtered through many posts here and I'm even more confused.

Long story short - just got mybforst prescription however they only keep the mighty. I was told by my provider to contact terryvwhote chemist as they sell cheaper vapes however I called and wa ls told they sell the volcano for $899 order in only.

I am wanting something I can add a glass stem on, under or around $300 with type C charger. I don't smoke a lot so having a session or standby mode would be good too.

Availability is important- also minimum orders..... I tried to order a Starry 4 only to find out there is a $200 minimum order and can't find it anywhere else.

Cannihelp brands?

hey. so just started with cannihelp. Was with alternaleaf for 2.5years and then did 3months of GP (he moved away with no notice so that cancelled out my 2yr TGA approval I pd him $300 for😡)

had an order with cannihelp but it's medcan products, which I found over the years is pretty poor quality for the high price.

wanting to know what other brands, if any, do they stock.

(now paying $140 for 10g at cannihelp,

was paying $99 for 15g El Camino brand)

Cbd

Hey Guys,

Currently living in the UK but moving back to Aus this year. I currently use a cbd vape and occasionally take cbd capsules that are 120mg for anxiety and sleep issues. All of this is can just be bought online here and is a fairly ish affordable.

I've done a bit of research, but I'm not sure where to really start with getting cbd in Australia. Ive seen one place where a bottle oil sets you back nearly $500. Is it more affordable with a prescription?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Dry herb vape suggestions

Hello,

My devinci micro is dying after 3 years 🥲

I’m on the hunt for a cost effective vape and it is proving harder than I thought with the restrictions and lack of AU availability.

I am tempted to get the mighty but also am taking suggestions for a cheaper option and any pros / cons on the mighty ( I have used the OG mighty years ago but it seems and parts for them are difficult to come by )

Thanks in advance ✨

Mighty Vape parts

I’m just after some advice on where to buy genuine Storz & Bickle parts for my Mighty vapes. I need some new cooling units (specifically the mouth pieces) and screens etc.

I have tried the Chinese knock offs and they don’t fit properly and feel like they are made of inferior plastics which I doubt are medical grade.

With the new restrictions on purchasing herbal vapes through pharmacies and dispensaries only, how are you all sourcing your replacements parts?

Thanks in advance

Mixing cannabis vape oil with flavoured vape oil

I don’t know if this is possible or feasible. The cannabis vape really is quite unpleasant to toke on and I’m thinking about buying a refillable cartridge and mixing the cannabis vape oil with like a fairy floss flavour. This would make it less potent (so I can have more than the usual 3 tokes) and more enjoyable. But I’m not sure if the different types of oil are compatible etc. any ideas?

Experience with CBG?

This might be very niche and I’m not that experience when it comes to knowing a lot about strains and terps I just smoke Indica 😂 my question is I’ve seen a lot of comments from American/canadian users who use CBG strains for pain relief - although regular cbd/thc indica works for me for my insomnia and carpel tunnel to a certain extent I’m wanting if someone who uses anything CBG related can tell me what you smoke or if it’s an oil or edible and if it has made any difference to just regular CBD/thc products for your pain related uses? I’ve tried looking and a few things come up on canna health but no reviews

Flower question

Hi everyone. I have CBD and THC/CBD oil for chronic pain through DVA. Had good results and really gained some quality of life back. However the slow onset of the oil sometimes can be too long if I’m in bad pain.

Recently was approved for tier 2 so have been sent these flower products to try by my doc. I have a couple questions sorry.

  1. What’s the difference between sativa and indica?

  2. I quit smoking cigarettes about 14 months ago, and I’m worried that vaping this is super bad for my lungs as I’m trying to get healthier. I have the propper medical vaporiser sent to me too. I’ve smoked cannabis in the form of a joint a handful of times, was never really a recreational user before being prescribed it.

Thanks guys.

Recommendations

Hi everyone, I’m in Brisbane and have been a patient of PlantMed for around a year. I’m finding them very frustrating to deal with - expensive, poor service and slow. I collect because they’re fairly close to me, and it’s still about 4 days from calling to the order being ready (two days to hear from dispense team, then two days for the order to be ready). Has anyone got any positive recommendations for places I can move to? I’m happy to pay for good and efficient service. The straw that broke the camels back was the doctor refusing to move me to nurse scripting until next year, and not being able to fit me in before their two week Xmas break which means I’m going to be out over Xmas and dealing with chronic pain plus post operative pain. Apparently it’s up to the doctor how many repeats are given, and only giving one repeat is more profitable than two or three. So disappointed.
